Therapy here is focused rather than general. I work with five areas where there is good evidence for psychological therapy and where I have the most clinical experience: trauma, anxiety, depression, longer-standing or complex emotional difficulties, and emetophobia.
What these have in common is that they respond well to careful assessment and a clear, shared understanding of what is keeping the difficulty in place. Sessions last fifty minutes and can take place in person or online.
