Session fees

Therapy sessions last fifty minutes. The fee depends on whether you are seen in person or online.

The initial fifteen-minute consultation carries no obligation. It is there so we can both work out whether this is the right fit.

Payment

Sessions are paid for in advance of each appointment by bank transfer. Details are provided once your first appointment is arranged.

Cancellations

Life happens, and appointments sometimes need to move. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than forty-eight hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged at the full fee. This is because the time has been held specifically for you and cannot usually be offered to someone else at short notice.

Insurance

I am registered to see clients funded by Aviva, AXA, and WPA. Recognition with further insurers is in progress and this list will be updated as it is confirmed. If you plan to use insurance funding, please check your individual policy for cover and any excess before your first session.
