About trauma therapy
Clinical Psychology & CBT
Specialist support for trauma, anxiety, depression and complex emotional difficulties.
Deciding to seek therapy is rarely a small step, and finding the right person to do that work with matters.
This practice offers psychological therapy with Dr Richard Pione, a Clinical Psychologist with seventeen years of NHS experience. The focus is on understanding what is keeping a difficulty in place, and working through it with approaches that have good evidence behind them.

About emetophobia therapyWhat to expect
Therapy begins with a free fifteen-minute conversation, by phone or video, so you can describe what you are looking for and ask any questions before committing to anything. If it seems like a good fit, the first full session is an assessment, where we map out the difficulty together and agree how to approach it.
Sessions last fifty minutes and can take place in person or online.
